First, we ask you to provide us with information on your credit commitments, income and expenditure. Our experienced team of advisors will then calculate a monthly payment you can afford. In most cases, while it may take longer to repay your debt and the amount you owemay increase, we can obtain significant reductions in your monthly payments.

Second, we negotiate with your creditors to reduce your existing monthly payments. While your creditors are not obliged to accept reduced payments or freeze interest, negotiation can help balance your available money between essential bills and your credit commitments. Your new single lower monthly payment will replace all of your existing repayments. Each month, you will pay your new affordable monthly payment. Next, we will ensure all your creditors are paid quickly and efficiently, and each month you will receive a statement confirming your creditors have been paid.

Third, every six months we will undertake a financial review. This ensures your monthly payment takes into account any change in circumstances that may have occurred during the last six months.

	Step 1. The Finance Adviser Churchwood Financial's fully trained advisors will establish your financial position and calculate an affordable lower monthly payment. They will take you through the first stage of the process. Remember, since your first payment is a fee and not distributed to creditors, you will receive correspondence relating to your payments falling into arrears. We will happily handle these for you.
	Step 2. Creditor Liaison Creditor Liaison's role is to build good working relationships with all financial institutions within the United Kingdom. Having received your credit details, Creditor Liaison will negotiate your new monthly payment with all your credit companies.
	Step 3. Client Administrator Each of our clients are given their own Client Administrator who will liaise between you and your credit companies. This will ensure any queries or problems you may have are dealt with quickly and efficiently.
	Step 4. Payment Administrator Churchwood Financial have a dedicated team of payment administrators who ensure the funds you pay are kept in a designated client account, . safeguarding all client deposits.
